Main Objective
Keep the website secure, fast and reliable without the team lifting a finger.
Ongoing WordPress maintenance for a Lahore nutraceutical manufacturer serving export buyers worldwide. CodeCrackers took over a website no one was looking after and made it secure and fast. Every month since, we've kept it updated, backed up and monitored.

Goldsheff is a Lahore nutraceutical group, founded in 2002, that makes supplements, nutrition products and cosmetics. Its three companies serve healthcare professionals and consumers in Pakistan, as well as export buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, the UK and Europe.
Their WordPress website was built by another agency, but after launch no one was looking after it. Updates were skipped, backups were patchy and pages slowed as more product images were added. For a company courting overseas buyers, every outage or broken page was a risk.
Keep the website secure, fast and reliable without the team lifting a finger.
Stable uptime, faster pages and fewer site errors.
The website mattered to Goldsheff's export growth, but four connected problems were putting it at risk. Each one made the others worse.
WordPress, the theme and several plugins were months behind on updates, leaving known security gaps open.
The site was an easy target.
There were no regular off-site backups, so a failed update or an attack could have taken the site down for days.
There was no way to roll back.
Large product and factory images slowed every page, especially for overseas buyers on slower connections.
Visitors left before pages loaded.
Broken links, outdated content and small layout glitches built up because no one was responsible for fixing them.
Small errors chipped away at trust.
What the client wanted to achieve: a website that stayed secure, fast and up to date without their team having to think about it, with one partner responsible for keeping it that way.
Before changing anything, we audited the whole site and built a care plan around the biggest risks.
We checked WordPress, theme and plugin versions, security settings, backups, speed and every page for errors.
We ranked every issue by risk, fixing security gaps first, then reliability, then speed and content.
We mapped the people the site serves: export buyers abroad, healthcare professionals and distribution partners. For each, we noted what they need from it.
A one-off fix only lasts until the next update, so we set up a monthly care plan that keeps the site healthy for good.

A focused first month, followed by ongoing monthly care, kept every stage transparent and on time. Select a stage to see what happened.
We started with a full health check of the website: software versions, security settings, backups and speed. We also checked every page for broken links and errors.
Drag the handle to compare the website before and after our care plan.

Four connected workstreams, each one solving a specific part of the challenge.
WordPress, the theme and every plugin are updated monthly on a staging copy first. We test every key page, then push the updates live, so nothing breaks in front of visitors.

A firewall, malware scanning and login protection guard the site around the clock. Daily off-site backups, with tested restores, mean any problem can be rolled back within hours.

We compressed and resized images, added caching and served the site through a content delivery network. Pages now load quickly for visitors from Lahore to London.

CodeCrackers fixes broken links, glitches and content updates as soon as they're spotted or requested. A monthly report shows the Goldsheff team exactly what was done.

Monitored around the clock, with alerts on any downtime.
Homepage load time cut from 4.3 to 2.3 seconds.

Putting one team in charge of the website changed everything. Security gaps closed, pages got faster and small issues are now fixed before visitors notice, so the Goldsheff team can focus on customers and exports.
