Main Objective
Let the work sell itself and turn visitors into regular clients.
A WordPress website for a real estate photo and video editing studio. We gave every service its own page with before-and-after examples, kept image-heavy pages fast and made it easy for agents and photographers to get in touch. More visitors now become clients.

Propitors is a real estate media studio that edits photos and videos for estate agents, property photographers and owners. With over a decade of experience, their team handles HDR enhancement, flash ambient, virtual staging, decluttering, virtual twilight, floor plans and property video editing.
Most of their work came through referrals and repeat photographers. They sell visual quality, but their old website did little to show it. Services were lumped together, examples were small and pages loaded slowly. They needed a site that let the work sell itself.
Let the work sell itself and turn visitors into regular clients.
More enquiries, faster pages and deeper browsing across services.
Propitors had skilled editors and happy photographers. But four connected website problems hid the quality of their work, and each one made the others worse.
Edits were shown as small, scattered images, so visitors couldn't see the difference Propitors actually made.
The work didn't speak for itself.
HDR, virtual staging, twilight and video editing were bundled together, so agents couldn't find the exact service they needed.
Visitors couldn't find their service.
Large, uncompressed images made pages slow to load, especially on the phones agents use between viewings.
Visitors left before images loaded.
There was no obvious way to ask a question or start a first order, so interested visitors drifted away.
Interest rarely became enquiries.
What the client wanted to achieve: a fast, visual website that showed the quality of every edit, explained each service clearly and made it easy for agents and photographers to get started.
Before designing anything, we studied the old site, competing editing studios and how agents and photographers choose an editor.
We reviewed content, image sizes, speed and mobile usability to find where visitors lost interest.
We studied popular real estate editing services: how they showed examples, priced their work and brought on new clients.
We mapped three groups: estate agents needing listing-ready images, photographers outsourcing edits and owners selling privately.
In a visual business the work is the pitch, so we built every page around before-and-after examples and a clear next step.

A structured five-week approach kept every stage transparent and on time. Select a stage to see what happened.
We started with a review of the existing site and how new clients found Propitors. We then spoke with the team about their most requested services and strongest edits.

The “before” view is an illustration of the previous site. The “after” view is the live website.
Four connected workstreams, each one solving a specific part of the challenge.
HDR enhancement, flash ambient, virtual staging, decluttering, virtual twilight, floor plans, exteriors and video editing each got their own page. Each one explains what the service does and when an agent needs it.

Each service shows real before-and-after edits side by side, alongside reviews from agents and photographers. Visitors judge the quality for themselves rather than relying on claims.

Every image was compressed, resized and set to load as visitors scroll. Galleries stay sharp without slowing the site down on phones or slower connections.

Live chat, email and phone sit on every page, with clear “Check Our Services” routes in between. Every chat and contact click is tracked in Google Analytics 4.

Measured improvements from an image-first WordPress build.
Chats and emails in the first 90 days, compared with the previous 90.
Image-heavy pages cut from 5.2 to 2.5 seconds on mobile.
Visitors explored more services in each session.
Showing the work properly did most of the selling. Fast galleries kept visitors browsing, before-and-after examples built confidence, and easy contact routes turned that confidence into enquiries.
“We've always been proud of our edits, but our old website didn't do them justice. CodeCrackers built a site where every service shows the before and after clearly. It loads quickly, looks professional, and new agents now get in touch already sure about our quality.”
Whether you sell a service, a product or your creative work, we'll build a website that shows it properly and turns visitors into enquiries.
