Main Objective
Turn local search traffic into a steady flow of quality enquiries.
A lead-focused WordPress rebuild for a London air conditioning and refrigeration specialist. We reorganised their services, rebuilt the site for mobile and speed, and put WhatsApp and click-to-call on every page. More local searches now turn into booked jobs.

Air Condense is a London air conditioning, heating, ventilation and commercial refrigeration company. They have 12+ years in the trade and over 1,500 projects completed. Their F-Gas certified, City & Guilds qualified engineers install and maintain Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu systems for homes, offices, shops and restaurants.
Most of their work came from word of mouth and repeat customers. The old website was slow and awkward on a phone, and it said little about the services they offered, so local searches went to competitors. The owner wanted a website that brought in enquiries every week, not one that just existed.
Turn local search traffic into a steady flow of quality enquiries.
More enquiries, faster pages and stronger Google visibility.
The business had skilled engineers and loyal customers. But four connected website problems meant local searchers rarely became enquiries, and each one made the others worse.
With no detailed service content or local optimisation, the site rarely appeared when Londoners searched for air conditioning help.
Competitors owned the local search results.
Most visitors arrived on phones, but slow pages, small text and buried contact details made enquiring hard work.
Visitors left before getting in touch.
Twelve years of experience, F-Gas certification and strong reviews were barely visible. The site didn't reflect the real business.
Credentials and reviews were hidden.
There was no way to see which pages, searches or buttons led to enquiries, so decisions about the site were guesswork.
Calls and WhatsApps went unmeasured.
What the client wanted to achieve: a fast, professional website that ranked locally, showed their real expertise and made calling or WhatsApping for a quote effortless.
Before designing anything, we studied the old site, local competitors and how Londoners search for air conditioning help.
We reviewed speed, mobile usability, page structure and SEO to find exactly where visitors were dropping off.
We studied the top-ranking London HVAC companies: their service content, their offers and how they captured enquiries.
We mapped two groups, homeowners wanting comfort and businesses needing reliable maintenance, and what each needed to know before calling.
Clear service content plus instant ways to get in touch would lift rankings and enquiries together, so we built the site around real searches.

A structured five-week approach kept every stage transparent and on time. Hover over a stage to see what happened.
We started with a full review of the existing website, Google presence and enquiry process. We also spoke with the owner about which jobs he wanted more of.

Four connected workstreams, each one solving a specific part of the challenge.
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with Elementor, designing for phones first. Images were compressed, code kept lean and layouts simplified, so pages load quickly and read clearly on any screen.

Installation, repair, maintenance, ventilation, heating and commercial refrigeration each got clear, search-focused content. We also added a common faults section and FAQs that match what people type into Google when their AC stops working.

We brought the proof forward: 12+ years' experience, 1,500+ projects, F-Gas and City & Guilds credentials, Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric logos, real project photos and customer reviews. A free WhatsApp quote is always one tap away.

We set up Google Analytics 4 and Search Console and tracked every call and WhatsApp click as a lead. We also refreshed the Google Business Profile so the website and map listing work together.
The finished website on desktop, tablet and mobile, with clear services, trust signals and one-tap contact on every page. Hover over a screen and scroll to explore it live.
