Main Objective
Turn seller visits into a steady flow of quote requests.
A WordPress website for a Milton Keynes fulfilment company serving TikTok Shop, Shopify and Amazon sellers. We built clear service pages for each type of seller, put the proof where sellers could see it and made requesting a quote simple. More seller visits now turn into enquiries.

ShipPanda is a Milton Keynes fulfilment company that stores, picks, packs and dispatches orders for online sellers. They specialise in TikTok Shop, Shopify and small brands, and also handle Amazon FBA prep, subscription boxes and fragile, high-value products. Orders ship through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri and other couriers.
New clients mostly came through referrals and seller communities. Sellers comparing fulfilment companies online found little detail about the services, how onboarding worked or who ShipPanda was right for. The team wanted a website that explained the service properly and turned seller interest into quote requests.
Turn seller visits into a steady flow of quote requests.
More quote requests, faster pages and fewer early exits.
ShipPanda offered the flexible, careful service small sellers struggle to find. But four connected website problems kept that hidden, and each one made the others worse.
TikTok sellers, Amazon sellers and subscription brands have different needs, but the site spoke to them all the same way.
Sellers couldn't see themselves.
Sellers couldn't see how onboarding worked, from sending stock to dispatch and returns, so switching felt risky.
Switching felt like a gamble.
Insured storage, major courier partners and happy clients were barely mentioned, so a small team looked like a big risk.
Proof was buried or missing.
Calls to action were scattered and easy to miss, especially on mobile, where most social sellers browse.
Interested sellers left without asking.
What the client wanted to achieve: a clear, professional website that showed each type of seller how ShipPanda could help, proved their stock would be safe and made asking for a quote effortless.
Before designing anything, we studied the old site, competing UK fulfilment companies and how small sellers choose a fulfilment partner.
We reviewed content, structure, speed and mobile usability to find where seller interest was dropping away.
We studied UK fulfilment companies: how they explained services, pricing and onboarding, and where they overlooked small sellers.
We mapped five seller types, from TikTok Shop and Shopify brands to Amazon, subscription and luxury sellers, and what each worries about most.
Sellers buy confidence before they buy fulfilment, so we built a page for each seller type, with proof and a clear next step on every one.

A structured five-week approach kept every stage transparent and on time. Select a stage to see what happened.
We started with a review of the existing site and enquiry process. We then spoke with the team about the sellers they serve best and the questions new clients always ask.

Four connected workstreams, each one solving a specific part of the challenge.
TikTok Shop, Shopify and small sellers, luxury and fragile goods, subscription boxes and Amazon FBA prep each got their own page. Every page explains the service in that seller's language and answers their biggest worries.

We explained stock control, pick and pack, dispatch and returns in plain steps. We also added FAQs on onboarding, Amazon prep and damaged items, so switching feels simple rather than risky.

We brought the proof forward: insured, secure storage, delivery through Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri and UPS, named seller reviews and a clear Milton Keynes address. Visitors see a real operation they can rely on.

“Request a Quote” and “Start Your Fulfilment” buttons sit in the header, after every section and on every service page. Each click is tracked in Google Analytics 4, so the team knows which services bring in enquiries.

The finished website on desktop and mobile, with seller-specific service pages, a clear process and a route to a quote on every page.

Measured improvements from a seller-focused WordPress build.
Enquiries in the first 90 days, compared with the previous 90.
Mobile load time cut from 4.8 to 2.0 seconds.
Fewer visitors leaving after one page, thanks to clearer routes.
Speaking to each seller's needs did most of the work. Clear service pages kept visitors reading, visible proof built confidence, and a quote button on every page turned that confidence into enquiries.
“We knew our service was good, but the website never showed it. CodeCrackers understood exactly who our customers are and built pages that speak to each of them. Sellers now come to us already knowing how we work, and quote requests have picked up noticeably.”
Whether you run a warehouse, a service business or an online brand, we'll build a website that explains what you do and turns visitors into enquiries.
