Recruiters can import up to 50 CVs per batch. Every file is validated and processed independently, with rollback on failed files and automatic ATS refresh for active jobs.

50 files maximum, 10 MB per file, 150 MB total. Original source files and extracted evidence are retained. Suspected duplicates are flagged, never silently merged.

CSV import

Supported fields include full_name, current_title, location, email, phone, linkedin_url, summary, years_experience, industry_exposure, leadership_experience, stores_managed, skills and operational candidate fields.
