  1. Overview

At Code Crackers Ltd, we value our clients and aim to provide the highest quality of digital and IT services, including web and app development, graphic design, social media marketing, and e-commerce management.

Since all our services are customized according to each client’s specific needs, our refund process is handled transparently and individually, as discussed during our consultation meetings (via Google Meet or other agreed platforms).

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If work has not yet started, and you decide to cancel the project, a partial or full refund may be approved depending on administrative costs already incurred.
  • If the scope of work changes significantly and both parties agree in writing to terminate the project, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on completed deliverables.
  • Once project work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client provides incomplete or incorrect project information.
  • Delays are caused by the client (e.g., lack of feedback, content, or approvals).
  • The project has been completed or substantially delivered according to the agreed specifications.
  • Dissatisfaction arises from a change in preference or decision after project approval.
  1. Project Cancellation

If a client requests to cancel a project mid-way:

  • The client must submit the request in writing to info@codecrackersltd.com.
  • Any unpaid work up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable immediately.
  • The company reserves the right to withhold delivery of any work until all outstanding payments are cleared.
  1. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method originally used.
  • Transaction or service provider fees (if any) may be deducted.
  1. Dispute Resolution

All refund disputes or disagreements will be handled fairly and in good faith. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be governed under the laws of England and Wales.
